As you’ll learn in the article below, George Soros is s very busy man when it comes to trying to influence/rig elections around the globe in an attempt to further advance the global 'elites’ vision of forming a One World Government. Right now however, to say that Soros is exceptionally busy with the U.S. 2016 Presidential election would be an understatement.   
Since the political issue of gerrymandering can be a highly polarizing one, and very confusing issue for some,  I explain the significance of Soros inserting himself into that process, and why it will be disastrous for the country. 

In addition to the most recent Wikileaks release provided by the article below, the video also reviews the prior leak that dealt with Soros’ creation of a new speech censoring software for social media platforms that would allow liberals to go after their opponents in real time. Before Wikileaks made the information public, Soros’ new group called "Demos" was intended to be a political group that operated under the typical Saul Alinsky's “Rules for Radicals” model that all Soros funded groups do, however it was supposed to do so in a more stealthy and politically correct manner than the other radical Soros funded groups like Black Lives Matter. 

As you’ll learn in the video below, the last Wikileaks release revealed that Demos’ goal was to help facilitate the complete globalization of America’s culture in order to balkanize and effectively destroy the very nature of what it means to be an American, and what American culture is, just like Soros groups have done very effectively throughout Europe. Furthermore, the groups other goals include:

1. “Achieving true democracy by reducing the role of money in politics and guaranteeing the freedom to vote,” and that includes NON-citizens. 

2. The Implementation of both UN Agendas 21 and Agenda 2030, which both seeks to “eradicate National sovereignty to the United Nations in favor of a globally controlled centralized government, which includes the diaphanous agenda of climate change.”

3. “Transforming the public narrative" to elevate the values of community and racial equity, which is really just a “gentler way of alluding to the elimination of US free speech and America’s individual 1st amendment rights, a thing that has already been augmented in Europe.”

Information from Soros’ foundation Open Society continues to leak by the hacked files which uncover how the foundation is sponsoring extremist left-wing factions. The most recent discovery reveals how the Open Society Foundation tries to rig the elections so they would benefit the left-wingers.

Breitbart notes that redistricting has a major effect on U.S. elections, so the next Census in 2020 will play a big role in how districts are drawn — which is precisely why Soros and his foundation want to play a role.

A hacked December 2015 memo titled “Voting Rights Portfolio Review: Outcomes Summary” from the U.S. Program’s branch of Open Society shows that Open Society Foundation President Chris Stone requested that a review be initiated to “examine the voting rights field and our related grant making.”   

A section of the memo titled “First grants to be made” lists four specific leftist groups that the foundation wants to target to influence how the 2020 Census is conducted: The National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO), the Leadership Conference, Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AAJC), and Demos. 

The memo makes it clear what the foundation is attempting to do with the funding — influence how the Census is conducted:
 

“Advocates have about a year and a half to influence appropriations for the Census Bureau, the redesign of racial categories on the 2020 Census instrument and policy regarding how to count persons who are incarcerated. Census topics must be presented to Congress in April 2017 with final questions by April 2018.”

NALEO’s website outlines their attempts to “educate” policymakers about issues surrounding the 2020 Census — particularly how it applies to Latinos:

NALEO Educational Fund also educates policymakers about the need for sound and cost-effective planning for Census 2020. In addition, we work to strengthen the American Community Survey, which is the source of updated information on a wide range of population and housing characteristics. 

NALEO Educational Fund also advocates for policies to address the persistent problem of the under-representation of Latinos at all of the levels of the Census Bureau’s workforce, particularly in its senior and management leadership positions.

Demos, a Soros-funded group, advocates for “fair redistricting” and the end of “prison gerrymandering,” which means including incarcerated individuals in the census and the issue of where to list their residence — i.e., where they’re incarcerated.

In a completely unsurprising bit of info, the Washington Examiner reported on a study that showed convicts in three states, New York, New Mexico, and North Carolina, over whelmingly identify as Democrats. Other states know this to be true as well, which is why Democrat Gov. Terry McAuliffe of Virginia is pushing so hard to make sure felons can vote.

Redistricting is an immensely significant matter and the leaked message confirms that George Soros’ foundation is trying to make an impact on it to benefit the left which, in turn, will have a huge influence on the Electoral College and representation in Congress for many years.

There are a lot of words that could be used to describe the manner in which Soros conducts himself on the global state, but ineffective is certainly not one of them. Most recently, Soros has fallen “victim” to Wikileaks hacks with information being revealed in posts like the two below, but even with the recent leaks, consider the impact Soros has had globally just the last year or so.

The cost of a massive program to spray sun-dimming particles into the upper atmosphere in the name of halting global warming, a process some contend is already underway via chemtrails, has been put at just below $5 billion dollars a year.

U.S. scientists writing in the journal Environmental Research Letters concluded that "Planes or airships could carry sun-dimming materials high into the atmosphere for an affordable price tag of below $5 billion a year as a way to slow climate change," reports Reuters, a process characterized as "both feasible and affordable."

The cost of using specially adapted aircraft able to operate at high altitudes as a delivery system to disperse sulphur particles was put at $1 to $2 billion a year. Using "giant guns or rockets" would be more expensive.

Co-author Professor Jay Apt of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh told Reuters that injecting the atmosphere with sulphur but then suddenly removing it from the eco-system could cause temperatures to jump, indicating that the program would have to be ongoing in perpetuity.

The study completely failed to analyze whether such a massive geoengineering program would be a good idea and what environmental consequences it would have.

(NaturalNews) According to the document you're about to see, for the last eight years, government scientists have actively engineered viral vaccines designed to alter thoughts and beliefs by infecting the brain and suppressing genetic expression of neurological cells. Dispersal of these vaccines has been tested via high-altitude aerosolized sprays, highway vehicles, the water supply and even the food system.

As you'll see in the document and video below, the vaccine was intended from the start to be deployed against civilian populations, and 600 strains of infectious viruses were tested on human subjects. One of the transmission vectors documented in the testing exploited an influenza strain to spread the mind-infecting virus as a pandemic.

The point of all this is to infect the minds of the population and transform people into what the government calls "normal." From the government's point of view, of course, "normal" means "obedient and mindless."

Using aerosolized stealth vaccines as tools of behavioral control and mind alteration

This YouTube video, described as a "leaked Pentagon video," features a Bill Gates-sounding scientist explaining in cold, calculating language how engineered vaccines can "eliminate behavior" that's considered undesirable by the government.

Starting at the 3:00 mark, you can hear this scientist explaining how a vaccine can "turn a fanatic into a normal person." A normal person, of course, means a person who is obedient to government authority.

Here's a transcript of the presentation:

Scientist: And that would have the effect which is to essentially turn a fanatic into a normal person...

Audience: How would you suggest that this is going to be dispersed? Via aerosol?

Scientist: The present plan and the tests that we've done so far have used respiratory viruses such as flu or rhinoviruses, and we believe that's a satisfactory way to get the exposure of the largest part of the population... and we're quite confident this would be a very successful approach.

Audience: What's the name of this proposal?

Scientist: The name is FUNVAX, the vaccine for religious fundamentalism. The proposal has just been submitted, and I think the data that I have shown you today would support the development of this project and we think it has great promise.

This document at WantToKnow.info appears to explain the design and intent of the virus in a summary entitled, "Quarterly FunVax Review."

The document says:

The objective of this phase of project ID 149AZ2 is to prepare a viral vector that will inhibit / decrease the expression of VMAT2 within a human population.

...the design allows the virus to infect the respiratory track where cytolytic infection occurs and then subsequent diffusion across the blood barrier to infect brain cells.

The document goes on to say that there will be "coordination between the research, clinical and manufacturing groups" taking place in 2007. This clearly spells out intent to take this project from the research phase to manufacturing and deployment.

You may wonder, therefore, against whom these weaponized mind control vaccines might be deployed, right? The answer is YOU.

Dispersal via air, water supply, highway vehicles and insects

According to the document linked above, the dispersal of the brain-modifying viral vaccine was tested in six different ways:

Six methods of ... virus dispersal were tested - high altitude release, water supply release, insect transmission, diffusion by a ground level object such as a car, diffusion from a stationary object such as a bottle, and infection of food supply such as cattle or produce.

As you take in the paragraph you just read, consider that now, nearly eight years later, we are witnessing the release of genetically engineered mosquitoes combined with outbreaks of bizarre neurological conditions across U.S. schoolchildren and mysterious health conditions all over the world.

The "high-altitude release" of this mind-altering viral vaccine has no doubt already been achieved through the aerosolized spraying of cities in crisscross patterns of aerosolized dispersal at altitude, often labeled as "chemtrails."

Suicide genes, field testing and future experiments

The same document cited above goes on to summarize a research group meeting that apparently took place on March 21st, 2007, in which the following topics were discussed:

• Proposal for a suicide gene
• Dispersal methods
• Testing efficiency in the field
• Inhibitors that may target a specific population
• Monkey knockdown progress
• Future experiments

Other directives in the document say things like:

"All 600 strains of VSV should be retested on human subjects..."

"Future experiments of VSV287 should allow the subject to breath in the virus rather than being injected with it."

"The use of FunVax could see an immediate effect within the target zones... the results of mass inoculation should be proportionate to the rate of infection. Behavioral indicators ... decrease in armed resistance... increase in communications that express discontent with religion or God."

Fully intended to be deployed against civilian populations

It's clear from the document that this mind-altering, brain-infecting vaccine was intended from the start to be deployed against civilian populations. In fact, the document discusses plans for covertly taking biological samples from dead civilians in order to determine the effectiveness of the aerosolized dispersal effort:

... a blood sample of militant casualties or deceased civilian would provide the most accurate estimate of the rate of vaccination... biological samples from living subjects may be covertly taken... the tests that should be repeated using the VSV287 are high atmospheric tests...

An airborne virus would be the preferred route of infection. A strain named VSV287 has been designed to spread via air... Only human trials can determine VSV287's effect on religiosity and spirituality... high atmospheric dispersal or dispersal by a ground level moving object appears to be the most practical.

The government has a history of using aircraft to disperse vaccines

The air-dropping of vaccines onto large populations isn't new, by the way. As I reported here on Natural News in 2012, the Texas government air-dropped 1.8 million rabies vaccines onto wild animal populations as part of a government-run scheme to vaccinate wildlife.

Yes, even wild coyotes and rabbits are not safe from the vaccine zealots. No animal on the planet is considered "safe" by health authorities unless it is first infected with a virus or two.

The Dept. of Defense plan is far more elaborate, however, using aerosolized dispersal with high-altitude aircraft or even dumping viral vaccines into the water supplies of large cities. Such an action would be considered an act of domestic terrorism if you or I did it, of course, but when the government proposes it, suddenly it's okay.

Has a mind-altering vaccine already been released over U.S. cities?

All this brings up the obvious question: Has this mind-altering vaccine already been deployed over U.S. cities? It's a legitimate question because the high-altitude deployment of this vaccine against civilian populations was clearly the intent of the program.

A mass "dumbing down" vaccine lobotomy would sure explain a lot of what's going on in America these days, such as how certain people still haven't figured out that every statement uttered by President Obama is a calculated lie. (I can't wait to watch the upcoming theatrical comedy show called the "State of the Union Address.")

I've also been wondering why we're seeing a wholesale abandonment of morality and ethics across the western world these days, and it's not an outlandish area of inquiry to wonder if entire cities of people have been intentionally exposed to a virus that infects their brains just as described by the scientist in the video above.

I know, it sounds like the actions of a Batman movie villain, but then again we already know the vaccine industry is largely staffed by mad scientists with villainous intent. Remember, this is the same group of disreputable scientists who knowingly committed scientific fraud by covering up the confession of a CDC scientist who admitted the agency manipulated data to eliminate any apparent link between vaccines and autism. It's no stretch at all to realize these same people would gladly deploy vaccines to dumb people down if that made them more compliant and docile.

The greatest enemy of the vaccine industry is, of course, anyone who can still think for themselves.

We also know that vaccines are being deployed right now to covertly sterilize women using sterilization chemicals secretly mixed into the vaccines themselves.

We also know there's still toxic mercury in flu shots, even though the establishment ridiculously claims flu shots are 100% safe to give to pregnant women, infants, toddlers, senior citizens and everyone else. She would get plenty of exercise so as not to be skinny like her shoestring cousins.

 

When she went off to Europe

Mr. and Mrs. Potato told Yam to watch out   for the hard-boiled guys from Ireland and 

the greasy guys from France called the French fries

 

And when she went out West, to watch out for the Indians so she wouldn't get scalloped.

Yam said she would stay on the straight and narrow and wouldn't associate with those high class Yukon Golds, or the ones from the other side of the tracks who advertise their trade on all the trucks that say 'Frito Lay'

                                                           

Mr. and Mrs. Potato sent Yam to Idaho P.U. (that's Potato University) so that, 

when she graduated, 

she'd really be in the Chips

but, in spite of all they did for   her, one-day Yam came home and announced she was going to marry Tom Brokaw.

Smedley Darlington Butler (1881-1940) was a Major General in the U.S. Marine Corps, an outspoken critic of U.S. military adventurism, and at the time of his death the most decorated Marine in U.S. history.

In his 1935 book War is a Racket he described the workings of the military-industrial complex and, after retiring from service, became a popular speaker at meetings organized by veterans, pacifists and church groups in the 1930s.

In November 1934, Butler alleged the existence of a political conspiracy of Wall Street interests to overthrow President Roosevelt, a series of allegations that came to be known in the media as the Business Plot.

Butler told the investigative committee that a group of businessmen, saying they were backed by a private army of 500,000 ex-soldiers, government officials and others, intended to establish a fascist dictatorship. Butler had been asked to lead it, he said, by Gerald P. MacGuire, a bond salesman with Grayson M--P Murphy & Co. 

The New York Times reported that Butler had told friends that General Hugh S. Johnson, a former official with the National Recovery Administration, was to be installed as dictator. Butler said MacGuire had told him the attempted coup was backed by three million dollars, and that the 500,000 men were probably to be assembled in Washington, D.C. the following year. All the parties alleged to be involved, including Johnson, said there was no truth in the story, calling it a joke and a fantasy.

No prosecutions or further investigations followed, and historians have questioned whether or not a coup was actually close to execution, although most agree that some sort of "wild scheme" was contemplated and discussed. The news media initially dismissed the plot, with a New York Times editorial characterizing it as a "gigantic hoax".

Then I'll get into something else, something dangerous that a Federal Judge knows nothing about...   Federal Judge Dana Sabraw is overseeing a lawsuit against mandatory vaccination in California.   So far, Sabraw has denied a petition to suspend mandatory vaccination for school children while the case moves forward.   He believes tradition and history are on the side of forced vaccinations. That's because he doesn't know what he's talking about. Or he's just making it up out of thin air.   As the LA Times reports: ""U.S. District Judge Dana Sabraw in San Diego wrote that state Legislatures have 'a long history of requiring children to be vaccinated as a condition to school enrollment, and for as many years, both state and federal courts have upheld those requirements against constitutional challenge'."   I don't see how Judge Sabraw's opinion could be more ridiculous.      Why? Because 'the long history' he refers to is quite different.   The states have always upheld exemptions from vaccination on several grounds: medical waiver, religious objection, philosophical objection. Hello? THAT'S the tradition.   SB277, the new CA law, goes against the tradition, to say the very least. SB277 breaks new ground in allowing the state to operate as a medical fascist in the area of vaccinations.   So...let's look at one of the mandatory vaccines that'll be injected into children in California, whether their parents agree or not. I'm talking about the DTP shot---diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis (whooping cough). Let's give Judge Sabraw a history lesson. You know: actual history.   Buckle up.   "Assistant Secretary of Health Edward Brandt, Jr., MD, testifying before the U.S. Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources, rounded... figures off to 9,000 cases of convulsions, 9,000 cases of collapse, and 17,000 cases of high-pitched screaming for a total of 35,000 acute neurological reactions occurring within forty-eight hours of a DPT shot among America's children every year." (DPT: A Shot in the Dark, by Harris L. Coulter and Barbara Loe Fischer, Harcourt Brace Jovanovich)   "... Based on the only U.S. findings on adverse DPT reactions, an FDA-financed study at the University of California, Los Angeles, one out of every 350 children will have a convulsion; one in 180 children will experience high-pitched screaming; and one in 66 will have a fever of 105 degrees or more [all signs of acute and very serious neurological reaction]." (Jennifer Hyman, Democrat and Chronicle, Rochester, New York, special supplement on DPT, dated April, 1987)   "A study undertaken in 1979 at the University of California, Los Angeles, under the sponsorship of the Food and Drug Administration, and which has been confirmed by other studies, indicates that in the U.S.A. approximately 1,000 infants die annually as a direct result of DPT vaccinations, and these are classified as SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) deaths. These represent about 10 to 15% of the total number of SIDS deaths occurring annually in the U.S.A. (between 8,000 and 10,000 depending on which statistics are used)." (Leon Chaitow, Vaccination and Immunization, CW Daniel Company Limited, Saffron Walden, Essex, England, 1987)   "...in 1970/71, there were more than 33,000 cases of pertussis with 41 fatal cases among the very well immunized British child population; whereas in 1974/75, with a declining rate of vaccination, a pertussis epidemic caused only 25,000 cases with 25 fatalities." (Wolfgang Ehrengut, Lancet, Feb. 18, 1978, p. 370)   "... Barker and Pichichero, in a prospective study of 1232 children in Denver, Colorado, found after DTP that only 7% of those vaccinated were free from untoward reactions, which included pyrexia (53%), acute behavioral changes (82%), prolonged screaming (13%), and listlessness, anorexia and vomiting. 71% of those receiving second injections of DTP experienced two or more of the reactions monitored." (Lancet, May 28, 1983, p. 1217)   "Publications by the World Health Organization show that diphtheria is steadily declining in most European countries, including those in which there has been no immunization. The decline began long before vaccination was developed. There is certainly no guarantee that vaccination will protect a child against the disease; in fact, over 30,000 cases of diphtheria have been recorded in the United Kingdom in fully immunized children." (Leon Chaitow, Vaccination and Immunization, p. 58)   "Pertussis (whooping cough) immunization is controversial, as the side effects have received a great deal of publicity. The counter claim is that the effectiveness and protection offered by the procedure far outweigh the possible ill effects... annual deaths, per million children, from this disease over the period from 1900 to the mid-nineteen seventies, shows that from a high point of just under 900 deaths per million children (under age 15) in 1905, the decline has been consistent and dramatic. There had been a lowering of mortality rates of approximately 80% by the time immunization was introduced on a mass scale, in the mid-nineteen fifties. The decline has continued, albeit at a slower rate, ever since. No credit can be given to vaccination for the major part of the decline since it was not in use."
